Jon Gibbons is a Florida Bar Board Certified Intellectual Property attorney with a background in electrical engineering, holding both B.S. and M.S. degrees in the field as well as a J.D. He has more than 30 years of experience working with machine learning and related technologies, and is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property law, including topics such as AI/Machine Learning, patent prosecution, and technology transfer. Jon advises companies on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology strategy, and is an active community leader, including service with FAU’s Tech Runway, Boy Scout Troop 356, Boca Helping Hands, and US Peace Corp
